Frix, older evil twin of Friz, rises again, after his 2nd death (in cyborg form), he was never found.....but his true body never decomposed, so he was resurrected in his old body..

This happens during Hikari's Story...

the look don't make the character evil, its his actions that does... But the look is always important >:3
